i haven't renamed mine at all. i've had spinning_leaves since i started LJ. everyone is changing and i like to follow some trends so changing my username sounds pretty neat. change is good sometimes.

Definitely. I used to be "andthenwe_kiss" and I was exactly like you, since I started visiting LJ it was always andthenwe_kiss then when all the purged accounts thing started all over LJ a good friend nicely offered to buy me a rename token so I renamed to airdrop :D
